a mediation meeting between all parties with the goal of peaceful
compromise. It can be filled out first by either Tenant or Owner/Manager when
there is reason for complaint, then copy sent to other party, which then fills
out the same form as Counter-Complaint or Explanation and the Agency will ensure both
Parties have copies of both Complaints, then at a Mediation, we listen to both parties
and suggest how to improve the situation until a solution is accepted
by both parties, with goal to continue tenancy.
