| electrical and electronic equipment such as: computers, stereo system, wireless speakers, tv monitor, tv and vcr, projector, special lighting, digital camera, videotape camcorder, mini dv camcorder, any other peripherals and accessories have to be used with care and respect and with knowledge. any damage caused by deliberate or accidental ignorance or irresponsibility will be assessed and if necessary, the user will have to replace, repair or reimburse studio i with the equivalent. important equipment such as the apple macbook and optima projector should be handled only by knowledgeable and experienced technicians and only with specific permission from studio i. |

| every december, studio i will have an auction wherein each artist who displayed during the year will allot 1 piece from their shows for the auction

| sales, contracts, copyright and royalties |
| sales of originals: i studio will charge approximately 30% above artist base price for any sale of an original/copy
shown. artist base price equals total of artist/designer $fee per hour multiplied by number of hours plus materials
(example: $250/hour to paint x 10 hours is $2500 plus canvas and paints $250 = $2750 artist plus studio commission 30% = total price
of painting/sculpture, etc.).
note: the artist/designer's education, experience, imagination and talent, the buyers market demand, and locations/frequency of exhibits may influence the total price of a piece resales of originals: i studio and the artist will each get 15% of resale price minus sale price for the lifetime of either the original art work, the artist and i studio. (example: if buyer sells original bought at $100 but 10 years later at resale price of $200, calculate $200 minus $100 = $100 x 15% to i studio which is $15 and another 15% to artist which is $15, thus buyer/seller gets $70 from resale.) copyright: i studio shares copyright with artist for commercial reproduction of original art works displayed, even if originals are sold, but interested parties may propose potential commercial usage (reproduction, exhibition, etc.) of artworks to share profits, and/or apply for a per usage licence artist royalties on copies: i studio will share by %percentage royalties to artist for any commercial reproduction of originals contracts: for any projects, products and special events, terms are negotiable depending on mutual agreement between studio i, artists and company note: also, a company's budget may influence the total cost of a product/project events: performers submit their performance fees and requirements to be included in budget along with their bios and playlists, and if there are any promotional and souvenir products such as cds, dvds, videos, t-shirts, etc., a certain percentage of sales will be divided between all participants used. for larger venues, aside from performance fees, a percentage of ticket sales will be divided between participants from the profits after expenses. |

| i studio will promote and market artists who display and/or collaborate in events thru the methods below:
projection ads tent (projection of photo, video and audio in a gazebo tent with a screen, projector and wireless speakers): ticketed events, community events outreach prices: 10 photos/text into 1 animated commercial ad for sole proprietor/small business $50 and for artist/non-profit/charity $25; 40 photos/text into 1 to 2 ads for middle size business $200; 100 photos/text/sound into 1 to 5 ads for corporations $500. this price includes creation of ad, projection of ad in an event, keeping the ad for your websites/email marketing. submit photos in .jpg or .gif formats. print: posters, flyers, ads, cards online: website, linking, pop ads, banner ads, email, press releases arrange interviews and reviews with internet bloggers and/or printed publications note: this service has a charge to businesses and non-participating artists displaying elsewhere |
