When your cheque and payment goes through, we put your property photo and listing by area on the website and call you to confirm the location. Also, we can set an appointment to meet and discuss terms.
You have 3 possible choices for tenants for the space. Choose the
tenants you want. Ideally, pre-approvals and paperwork for funding will be done even before meeting and move in. We meet to sign the Agreement with one month placement fee payable on move in date, from tenant's payment of first and last months rent. Paid listings get priority placement and are guaranteed within a year and permanent ongoing through the years.
Or if we contact you from other rental website listings specifically to place a tenant(s) in your vacancy, the listing fee will be waived and only the placement fee is payable when the tenant chooses your space. Please keep all fees confidential.
