Instructions to Owners or Managers: Please print or submit form if you want to list your vacancies,
and fill out the appropriate fields below with
the information regarding the available rental space(s), then sign the form
and mail it with building photo and cheque/money order to 224 Queen Street East, Main Back,
Toronto, Ontario M5A 1S3 and call 416 203 6909 and leave your name and number.
When your cheque goes thru, we put a property page on our website and call you
to confirm the location. Also, we can set an appointment to meet and discuss terms. Then we send
you 3 possible choices for tenants for the space. Choose the
tenants you want and we meet to sign the Agreement with placement fee payable upon tenant's payment
of first and last months rent.
If we contact you specifically to place a tenant(s) in your vacancy, advertised in a rental
publication, the listing fee will be waived if the tenant chooses your space. Also, if we cannot
fill your vacancy within the year and you choose not to have it shown in our fundraiser, then we
will refund that listing fee unless you wish to extend. Please keep all fees confidential.
