Select a vacancy in our listings, or 'Renters News' and we will call on your behalf to see if they will work with us. We liase between properties and tenants.
Also, after moving in, you can make extra money by being a Referral Agent or Home Associate!
Note: We charge no direct fees to tenants on welfare. But from the first and last months rents, for a full year's tenancy, our Agency gets
a placement fee from the Property when tenants move in. And to working people, we charge a non-refundable viewing/processing fee and a placement fee. Please see Fees.
